Really fun!Mar 11, 2010 I ordered this for my almost 8 year old son to take on a long airplane trip. We just got it last night and he LOVES it! I was really surprised, because he's much more into video games and if it even remotely smells of something educational...he's out! :) He didn't want to stop playing this, however. I think the wooden blocks that you have to flip over for the letters and "hangman" are what makes it so fun. Even my 2 year old got in on it by helping us to flip over the pieces. Another review asked what the difference was between this and a pen and paper...well...duh...the fun blocks and dry erase marker are what make it cool. Plus it seems like it's really well made, as most Melissa and Doug items are. I definitely reccommend it!
Fun fun!Feb 14, 2010 Great toy. Kept our kids (and us) entertain during a long drive. Great concept, although I fear that the elastic won't last as long as the toy and if an elastic breaks, won't be able to fix it. We'll worry about it if it happens, until then, it's a great toy to keep in the car.
The whole family loved itFeb 10, 2010 I bought this for three grandchildren ages 11,8,5. They loved it, each playing at their own level. I then bought it for a grandchild with learning disabilities and she loved it too. It's a fun educational toy, well designed.
Great for TripsJan 27, 2010 This is a great product and very durable. I bought it for my 7 year old niece as a gift and it was an absolute hit. The Hangman got used the entire weekend we were with them. It is an educational game as well. Also nice to use in the car.
Best Travel Game Ever!!Jan 13, 2010 We got this game for our daughter this Christmas and love it. It is very durable and all the pieces are secured with elastic bands. We took it on a trip to California and played it for the entire two hour flight. Now we keep it in the car for short trips or waiting rooms. Every parent would be smart to buy this toy.
